Four Cheese Baked Maggi!

Who doesn't love Maggi right? Its like your staple diet when you are living a student life. Because most of us are broke in first week of the month and with the money what we are left with Maggi is the most delicious food you can cook and eat. So, even I was experiencing the same thing and because I was continuously eating the same flavour I was bored with it. Therefore one fine day I decided to experiment with My maggi. And hence Four Cheese Baked Maggi was born.
The one which I will be sharing with you is a more complicated version of the one which I made first time for one of my dearest Gujju friend.
You will require the following ingredients:
Maggi 2 Packets
Maggi Tastemaker 3 Packets
Cheddar Cheese 1/4 Cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup
Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup
Processed Cheese 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Vegetables
Okay! Here goes the recipe. Its a very simple recipe. Heat Oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger and saute for 2 minutes. Now add all vegetables with little salt and turmeric powder. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Now add garam masala, taste-maker and red chilly powder and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add Water as per instructions given on maggi packet. Bring it to Boil. Now add maggi noodles and when they are half cooked add cheddar and half of processed cheese and cook until maggi is finally cooked. Now empty the maggi in a baking dish; top it with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and remaining processed cheese. Sprinkle crushed black pepper on it. And bake it in oven for 10 min at 220℃ and serve hot!

Tips
- Don't overcook Maggi as it will get a little cooked while baking.
- You can use fresh herbs as well while garnishing like Basil, coriander or Parsley.
